Nine Richards, Layton & Finger Attorneys Admitted to the Delaware Bar

WILMINGTON, Delaware (December 14, 2009) – Nine Richards, Layton & Finger associates were admitted to the Delaware bar on December 14, 2009. The attorneys are Nicole C. Bright, Robert L. Burns, Kevin M. Gallagher, Elizabeth R. He, Matthew L. Hinker, Robert C. Maddox, Jason J. Rawnsley, Tyler D. Semmelman and Marisa A. Terranova. The attorneys were admitted to practice in the State of Delaware by the Delaware Supreme Court in a ceremony at the Schwartz Center for the Arts in Dover. To be admitted to the Delaware bar, applicants must have graduated from an ABA-approved law school, passed the Delaware bar exam, and completed several clerkship requirements.
Bright, Burns, Gallagher and Hinker practice in Richards Layton’s Corporate Litigation Department, and He and Rawnsley work in the General Litigation Group. Maddox, Semmelman and Terranova practice in the firm’s Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring Department.
