The annual survey, conducted for The News Journal by Pennsylvania consulting firm WorkplaceDynamics, garnered employee feedback from 97 participating organizations, rating a variety of factors including management, advancement, workplace environment and compensation. Richards Layton employees gave the firm especially high marks in the category of pay and benefits.
In addition to being the highest-ranked law firm, Richards Layton was also singled out as the best place to build a career. Career advancement was one of ten specialty awards included in the Best in the Business results.
