Richards, Layton & Finger and 12 Firm Attorneys Named in 2011 Benchmark Litigation

WILMINGTON, Delaware (October 22, 2010) – Nine Richards, Layton & Finger directors have been recognized as “Litigation Stars” in the 2011 edition of Benchmark Litigation, more lawyers than from any other Delaware firm. In addition, Richards Layton has been named a “Highly Recommended” Delaware litigation firm—Benchmark’s highest firm ranking. R. Franklin Balotti, Raymond J. DiCamillo, Jesse A. Finkelstein, John D. Hendershot, Allen M. Terrell Jr., Gregory V. Varallo and Gregory P. Williams are named in the Commercial Litigation category. William J. Wade is listed in both Commercial Litigation and Intellectual Property, and Robert J. Stearn Jr. is named in Bankruptcy. In addition, Anna Shea Gaza, Srinivas M. Raju and Chad M.
