30 Richards Layton Attorneys Named in 2012 Super Lawyers

WILMINGTON, Delaware (May 30, 2012) – Thirty Richards, Layton & Finger attorneys have been named in the 2012 issue of Super Lawyers, more lawyers than from any other Delaware firm. Mark D. Collins, chair of the firm’s Bankruptcy and Corporate Restructuring Department, is the highest-ranked lawyer in Delaware; Gregory P. Williams, chair of Richards Layton’s Corporate Department, joins him on the list of the state’s top 10 lawyers.

In the Super Lawyers ranking process, candidates are awarded points based on indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement. Lawyers with the highest point totals are selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers, with special recognition for those receiving the top 10 total number of votes.
