Richards Layton Directors Chosen as Lawyers of the Year

WILMINGTON, Delaware (August 15, 2013) – Donald Bussard, Mark Collins, Mark Gentile and James Leyden Jr., directors of Richards, Layton & Finger, have been named by The Best Lawyers in America as 2014 Wilmington, Delaware, Lawyers of the Year. Best Lawyers identifies the country’s top lawyers—naming more Richards Layton attorneys than from any other Delaware firm—and then selects the highest-ranked lawyer from its list in each specialty and metropolitan area as the Lawyer of the Year.
Bussard was chosen as Mergers and Acquisitions Lawyer of the Year, Collins as Bankruptcy Lawyer of the Year, Gentile as Corporate Governance Lawyer of the Year, and Leyden as Business Organizations Lawyer of the Year. In addition, Julian Baumann Jr., a recently retired director of the firm, was named Tax Lawyer of the Year.
