Two Richards Layton Attorneys Named in Lawdragon’s Top 500 Lawyers in the U.S.

WILMINGTON, Delaware (January 28, 2014) – Two Richards, Layton & Finger attorneys, Donald A. Bussard and Gregory P. Williams, are named among the 2013-2014 Lawdragon 500 Leading Lawyers in America. This is the sixth time Bussard and Williams have earned a spot on Lawdragon’s list of the 500 best lawyers and judges in the country.
Bussard, a senior member of Richards Layton’s corporate advisory group, advises corporations and boards of directors in connection with mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, stockholder issues and corporate governance. Williams, a past president of Richards Layton and chair of the firm’s corporate department, advises corporations, directors, officers and board committees, and represents them in courts in Delaware and across the country.
