WILMINGTON, Delaware (October 1, 2014) – Marcos A. Ramos, a director of Richards, Layton & Finger, has been appointed to the Committee on Bankruptcy and Corporate Reorganization of the New York City Bar. The committee focuses on issues concerning corporate and individual bankruptcies and corporate out-of-court restructurings, and works to facilitate discussions addressing important matters in the restructuring arena.

Mr. Ramos is a litigator and bankruptcy professional whose practice is focused on proceedings in the Delaware Bankruptcy and District Courts, and he provides counsel to U.S. and non-U.S. clients in other matters arising under or related to Delaware law, practice, procedure and courts. Mr. Ramos is admitted to practice in Delaware, New York, Maryland, and California.
