Richards, Layton & Finger Lawyers Admitted to the Delaware Bar

WILMINGTON, Delaware (March 2, 2016) – Richards, Layton & Finger is pleased to announce that four new associates of the firm have been admitted to the Delaware bar. Sara Gardner, Jodi LeBolt, Brian Morris, and Nicole Pedi were admitted to practice in the State of Delaware by the Delaware Supreme Court.

Ms. Gardner, a graduate of the University of Iowa Law School, practices in Richards, Layton & Finger’s Commercial Transactions Group. Ms. LeBolt, a George Washington University School of Law graduate, works in the firm’s Limited Liability Company and Partnership Advisory Group. A graduate of the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, Mr. Morris practices in the Corporate Litigation Group, and Ms. Pedi, a Villanova University School of Law graduate, works in the firm’s Litigation Department.
