Robert Krapf, president of Richards, Layton & Finger and head of the firm’s Real Estate Group, focuses his practice on transactional matters in the areas of real estate, commercial, and land use law. Chair of the American Bar Association’s Real Property, Trust & Estate Law Section, Mr. Krapf has held many local and national leadership positions in the bar, as well as in a variety of business, charitable, and cultural organizations.
