Edward Little’s practice focuses on a wide variety of commercial transactions and insurance regulatory matters. His insurance regulatory practice focuses primarily on advising U.S. insurance companies doing business in Delaware on matters relating to compliance with the Delaware Insurance Code. This includes insurance company and agency formations, change of control transactions (including mergers and acquisitions), insurance holding company system registrations and regulated investment activities.

Edward Little’s practice focuses on a wide variety of commercial transactions and insurance regulatory matters. His insurance regulatory practice focuses primarily on advising U.S. insurance companies doing business in Delaware on matters relating to compliance with the Delaware Insurance Code. This includes insurance company and agency formations, change of control transactions (including mergers and acquisitions), insurance holding company system registrations and regulated investment activities.

Ed’s commercial transactions practice includes securitization, structured finance, asset sale and purchase, financing and secured transactions. He also assists clients with the formation, structuring and operation of Delaware limited partnerships, limited liability companies and statutory trusts.

In law school, Edward was a member of the Minnesota Journal of Law Science and Technology.
