Alex Krischik litigates corporate and commercial disputes in Delaware’s state and federal courts, including the Court of Chancery and the Delaware Supreme Court. His practice focuses on issues involving corporate governance, corporate control, fiduciary duties, alternative entities, contractual disputes, and other commercial matters.

In law school, Alex argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit as part of the University of Virginia’s Appellate Litigation Clinic. He also competed and served on the boards of two moot court organizations, and was an articles editor of the University of Virginia’s Journal of Law & Politics.
