Alexander Najemy focuses his practice on the formation and administration of Delaware statutory trusts in connection with securitizations, debt restructuring, and multi-series mutual funds. He also renders advice to financial institutions and trust companies acting as indenture trustees, owner trustees, or in other representative capacities in complex financial transactions.

In law school, Alexander was a member of the St. John’s University Amicus Brief Team, which submitted a brief in the case of Bullock v. BankChampaign. The brief was cited in oral arguments by both parties and the court to determine the historical context of the term “defalcation.”
