Andrew Peach primarily focuses on litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Supreme Court relating to corporate governance, corporate control, fiduciary duty, appraisal rights, and statutory and contractual disputes.  In these capacities, he has represented companies, directors, officers and stockholders. In law school, Andrew was a Dillard Fellow, as well as the recipient of the Margaret G. Hyde Award in recognition of his “scholarship, character, personality, and activities in the affairs of the school.”
