Andrew Milam focuses primarily on litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Supreme Court involving corporate governance, corporate control, fiduciary duties, and related contractual and commercial disputes.

In law school, Andrew was a member of the William & Mary Law Review. He also competed on William & Mary’s moot court team in regional and national tournaments. In 2017, he was runner-up at the Thomas Tang National Moot Court Competition, where he won the award for the second-best brief.
