Angela Lam focuses her practice primarily on litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Supreme Court involving corporate governance, corporate control, fiduciary duties, and related contractual and commercial disputes.

In law school, Angela served as vice president of the Moot Court Board and was a member of the National Trial Team. She also served as the executive articles editor of the Journal of Race, Religion, Gender and Class and was president of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. She was a law clerk for the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia and the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. She also represented clients in the Criminal Law and Consumer Bankruptcy clinics.

Upon graduation, Angela received the American Bankruptcy Institute Medal of Excellence, William P. Cunningham Award, and Litigation and Advocacy Award.
