Beth Knight practices in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, tax planning and wealth preservation. She represents high net worth individuals in implementing sophisticated estate plans, as well as fiduciaries and beneficiaries in the administration of estates and trusts.

A member of the firm’s Tax Group and Trusts and Estates Group, Beth represents banks, trust companies and individuals regarding fiduciary duties and the administration, construction and interpretation of trust instruments. She also advises institutions and individuals on the creation of Delaware trusts and in the reformation and relocation of existing trusts to Delaware in order to benefit from the unique advantages of Delaware trust law.

Beth also works with the firm’s Limited Liability Company and Partnership Advisory Group, advising clients on formation and operational issues relating to family planning vehicles and closely held businesses in the form of Delaware partnerships and limited liability companies in all types of transactions, including financings, restructurings and dissolution.
