Brian Morris focuses his practice primarily on litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Supreme Court involving corporate governance, corporate control, fiduciary duties, and related contractual and commercial disputes.

In law school, Brian served as an associate editor of the Maryland Law Review and as a member of the Moot Court Board. Brian also worked as a student-attorney in the University of Maryland Gender Violence Clinic.
