Diana Joskowicz focuses primarily on litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Supreme Court involving corporate governance, corporate control, fiduciary duties, contractual disputes, and other commercial disputes.

While in law school, Diana interned for the Honorable Timothy R. Rice and the Honorable Thomas J. Rueter in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She served as the articles and symposium editor for the Temple Law Review and participated in the Giles Sutherland Rich Intellectual Property Moot Court Competition.
