Elizabeth DeFelice focuses her practice on corporate governance, corporate control, contractual, and other commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Supreme Court.  She has also advised on transactional matters involving Delaware limited liability companies, general partnerships, and limited partnerships.

Elizabeth DeFelice focuses her practice on corporate governance, corporate control, contractual, and other commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Supreme Court.  She has also advised on transactional matters involving Delaware limited liability companies, general partnerships, and limited partnerships.

In law school, Elizabeth served on the editorial board and as articles editor for the Journal of Law & Politics.  She was actively involved in the Conference on Public Service and the Law, a University of Virginia conference bringing together students, faculty, attorneys, and policymakers from around the country to address matters of public interest facing today's legal community.

Since 2011, Elizabeth has volunteered as a scoring judge for the Delaware High School Mock Trial Competition.
