Jane Trueper focuses her practice on banking matters and complex transactional matters relating to Delaware alternative entities.  She renders advice and opinions on a broad range of legal issues for Delaware limited liability companies, limited partnerships, and general partnerships, including entity formation, operation, governance, and enforceability of governing and transaction documents, as well as in connection with structured finance and investment funds.  Jane also represents Delaware banks, trust companies, and other financial institutions in transactional, trust, and regulatory matters.

Jane Trueper focuses her practice on banking matters and complex transactional matters relating to Delaware alternative entities.  She renders advice and opinions on a broad range of legal issues for Delaware limited liability companies, limited partnerships, and general partnerships, including entity formation, operation, governance, and enforceability of governing and transaction documents, as well as in connection with structured finance and investment funds.  Jane also represents Delaware banks, trust companies, and other financial institutions in transactional, trust, and regulatory matters.

In law school, Jane served as executive editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Business Law.  She also served as an intern for Judge Ann Marie Donio, federal magistrate judge for the District of New Jersey.
