Jesse Miller’s solutions-driven practice focuses on representing leading banks, trust companies, and other financial services providers in navigating complex and innovative transactions where they serve as trustees, custodians, securities intermediaries, verification agents, master servicers, back-up servicers, paying agents and other service provider roles.
