John O’Toole focuses his practice on litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Supreme Court involving corporate governance, corporate control, fiduciary duties, contractual disputes, and other commercial disputes.

In law school, John was an editor of The Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. He was also the John F. Schmutz Corporate and Business Law Institute Fellow.
