John Miraglia focuses his practice primarily on litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Supreme Court involving corporate governance, corporate control, fiduciary duties, and related contractual and commercial disputes.

During law school, John served as an articles editor for the Villanova Law Review. He also worked as both a teaching assistant and a research assistant for Professor Tuan Samahon.
