Jonathan Horner focuses his practice on matters related to commercial real estate, including the acquisition, sale, lease, finance, and development of commercial real estate properties.  He has represented regional and national developers, lending institutions, businesses, landlords, and other holders of commercial real estate property in a wide array of real estate matters.

Jon also has experience in complicated financing structures, including preferred equity, mezzanine lending, and CMBS financing.  Additionally, Jon represents clients in real estate related litigation, including summary possession actions, mortgage foreclosures, and mechanic's liens actions.

During law school, Jon interned for the Honorable Robert N. Hunter, Jr., of the North Carolina Court of Appeals.
