Kate Peterson focuses her practice on transactional matters involving Delaware corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships, general partnerships, and statutory trusts. She has experience in rendering advice and providing legal opinions on matters of Delaware law, including the creation and perfection of security interests under Article 9 of the Delaware Uniform Commercial Code and the enforceability of contracts governed by Delaware law in connection with securitization, structured finance, asset sale and purchase, financing, and secured transactions.

In law school, Kate served as the managing executive editor of the Michigan Journal of Environmental and Administrative Law.
