Kelly Freund focuses primarily on litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Supreme Court involving corporate governance, corporate control, fiduciary duties, contractual disputes, and other commercial disputes.

During law school, Kelly served as an articles editor for Columbia Journal of Law and Social Problems. She was also a member of Columbia Law School’s High School Law Institute as both a teacher and co-president.
