Lorin Dale-Pierce focuses her practice on the formation and administration of Delaware statutory trusts in connection with securitizations, debt restructuring, and multi-series mutual funds. She also renders advice to financial institutions and trust companies acting as indenture trustees, owner trustees, or in other representative capacities in complex financial transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Lorin practiced in Washington, DC, where she focused on mergers and acquisitions involving public and private companies, private equity investments, commercial transactions, venture capital financings, and corporate governance.
