Madeleine Jolles focuses her practice on the formation and administration of Delaware statutory trusts in connection with securitizations, debt restructuring, and multi-series mutual funds. Maddie also renders advice to financial institutions and trust companies acting as indenture trustees, owner trustees, or in other representative capacities in complex financial transactions.

In law school, Maddie served as an articles editor for the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Business Law. She was also a Littleton Fellow, teaching legal writing and oral advocacy skills to first-year law students.
