Renée Mosley focuses her practice on commercial and intellectual property litigation in Delaware’s state and federal courts.

Renée graduated law school magna cum laude with a Certificate in Business Organizations Law. In law school, she was an articles editor for the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law and served as president of the Moot Court Honor Society. Her moot court team won the highest award for brief writing in the 28th Annual Domenick L. Gabrielli National Family Law Moot Court Competition.

During law school, Renée served as an extern to the Honorable Charles W. Welch III in the Delaware Court of Common Pleas and interned for Community Legal Aid Society, Inc.
