Ryan Salem focuses his practice on transactional matters involving Delaware corporations, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and corporate governance.

In law school, Ryan served as the research editor for the Penn State Law Review. He externed for the Honorable Renée Cohn Jubelirer in the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court and served as a research assistant to Professor Samuel C. Thompson, Jr. Ryan also interned for the in-house legal department of Hershey Entertainment & Resorts.
