Stephen Torok focuses his practice on matters related to commercial real estate, including the acquisition, sale, lease, finance, and development of commercial real estate properties. He represents developers, lending institutions, and other holders of commercial real estate property in a wide array of real estate matters.

Prior to joining Richards, Layton & Finger, Steve worked at a mid-sized law firm litigating matters related to property taxation and exemption, real estate valuation, and eminent domain. During law school, Steve served as editor-in-chief of the William & Mary Bill of Rights Journal and received a Dean’s Certificate for his service to the law school community.
