Taylor Robert Daily

Associate

Taylor Daily focuses his practice on commercial transactions, including secured transactions, mergers and acquisitions, asset sales and purchases, cross-border transactions, and transactions involving healthcare entities.

During law school, Taylor served as an executive editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of International Law. He also earned an M.B.E. from the University of Pennsylvania’s Perelman School of Medicine, a Certificate in Management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and the University of Pennsylvania Law School’s Distinguished Pro Bono Service Award.

Prior to receiving his law degree, Taylor engaged in global healthcare consulting and completed internships with the World Health Organization, the U.S. Department of Justice, and state government.
