Zachary Kmetz focuses his practice on transactional matters involving Delaware alternative entities, including limited liability companies, limited partnerships, and general partnerships. He renders advice and legal opinions with respect to formation, operation, governance, dissolution, and enforceability matters in connection with investment fund transactions, structured finance transactions, mergers, conversions, and other restructurings.

Prior to joining Richards Layton, Zachary worked as an associate for an accounting firm, providing tax advice regarding mergers and acquisitions. As an undergraduate, Zachary attended the College of William and Mary where he received a B.A. in psychology and finance, graduating summa cum laude.
