John Mark Zeberkiewicz will speak at the American Bar Association’s 2013 Annual Meeting in San Francisco. The ABA’s sections, divisions, and other entities have developed more than 200 CLE programs that will help attendees enhance their professional skills and expertise.
There will be great opportunities to learn from and network with lawyers and judges from around the world. John Mark will present two programs during the course of the meeting. The first is entitled “Key Issues in Negotiating Preferred Stock Investments and Exits” and the second will explore “Using Board Observers and Advisors to Gain Perspective and Increase Value.”
