The DePaul Business and Commercial Law Journal’s annual symposium is entitled “Commercial Arbitration: Advancing and Refining the ADR Process.” The topics to be discussed will include customizing the arbitration process, teaching arbitration advocacy in business and law schools, the costs of arbitration, and an analysis and discussion of the pending case regarding private arbitration in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
