This annual Institute will include an outstanding faculty that will update attendees on new laws, new cases and other new developments, and offer small group sessions on important business law topics.
William Haubert will speak during an open forum entitled “Q&A on Delaware Business Law” as well as during a plenary session entitled “Delaware Update,” which will review the most recent statutory updates and most important legal decisions out of Delaware.
