Overview
AJ Dillione was a Law & Public Policy Scholar at Temple University Beasley School of Law.
AJ focuses his practice primarily on litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and Delaware Supreme Court involving corporate governance, corporate control, mergers and acquisitions, valuation, fiduciary duties, contractual matters, and other commercial disputes.
While in law school, AJ worked as a legal intern at the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia and the Federal Community Defender Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He also volunteered with the National Lawyers Guild’s Pardon Clinic.
AJ received the Barristers Award, given to a student in the integrated trial advocacy program with the best overall performance in their section, and the Beasley Scholarship, given to students on the basis of academic excellence.
