Alison Mitchell focuses her practice on matters relating to commercial real estate, including the acquisition, sale, lease, finance, and development of commercial real estate properties.
In law school, Alison was a student attorney in the Villanova Federal Tax Clinic. She also served as a teaching assistant for the federal taxation class at Villanova.
