Amanda R. Steele

Overview

Amanda Steele “is one of the most responsive, resourceful, and unflappable bankruptcy lawyers in Delaware” (Chambers USA).

Amanda focuses her practice on corporate restructuring, bankruptcy, and other insolvency matters. She regularly represents and advises debtors, secured lenders, creditors, and other interested parties in all aspects of chapter 11 cases, as well as foreign representatives in chapter 15 ancillary proceedings.
