Andrea Filbeck received the Firstrust Bank Award in Transactional Lawyering in law school and graduated in the top 5 percent of her class.
Andrea focuses her practice on the formation and administration of Delaware statutory trusts in connection with securitizations, debt restructuring, and mutual funds. She also advises financial institutions and trust companies acting as indenture trustees, owner trustees, master servicers, paying agents, or in other representative capacities in complex financial transactions.
Andrea is a licensed CPA and worked as an external auditor for both public and private financial institutions before joining Richards, Layton & Finger.
