Ashley Kidd was a member of the University of Pennsylvania Law School’s Journal of Business Law.
Ashley focuses her practice on the formation and administration of Delaware statutory trusts in connection with securitizations, debt restructuring, and multi-series mutual funds. She also renders advice to financial institutions and trust companies acting as indenture trustees, owner trustees, or in other representative capacities in complex financial transactions.
