Brendan J. Schlauch

Overview

Brendan Schlauch is named among The Best Lawyers in America “Ones to Watch.”

Brendan focuses his practice on corporate bankruptcy, bankruptcy litigation, corporate restructuring, and other insolvency matters. He also provides advice and legal opinions as a member of the firm’s substantive non-consolidation opinion team. In addition, Brendan has advised on a variety of commercial and secured transactions.

During law school, Brendan was an articles editor for the Ohio State Law Journal. He also served as a legal intern with the Office of the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in Washington, D.C.
