Overview
Brendan W. Clark served as symposium editor of the William & Mary Business Law Review, organizing a symposium of practitioners and academics examining corporate accounting scandals and corporate fraud.
Brendan concentrates his practice on complex litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Supreme Court. He handles litigation matters for Delaware corporations and their officers and directors on varied issues, including corporate governance, corporate control, fiduciary duties, M&A actions, derivative actions, and other contract and commercial disputes.
During law school, Brendan was president of the Business Law Society, a vice president of the Election Law Society, a member of the moot court team, and an appointed member of the Student Bar Association. He received William & Mary’s Dean’s Certificate for Outstanding Service to the Law School, the Lane Powell PC Semi-Finalist Award in the Judge John R. Brown Admiralty Moot Court Competition, and the Best Brief award in the New York City Bar National Moot Court Competition.
