Overview
Cassandra Thompson was an online editor for Indiana University Maurer School of Law’s flagship law review, the Indiana Law Journal.
Cassandra primarily focuses her practice on litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Supreme Court involving corporate governance, corporate control, fiduciary duties, contractual disputes, and other commercial disputes.
In law school, Cassandra worked as a research assistant to a tax professor, which included assisting with updating and editing chapters for a tax law textbook as well as other research projects. She is a member of the Order of the Coif.
