Overview

Christine Chen served as a judicial law clerk in the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Supreme Court.

Christine focuses her practice on litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery involving corporate governance, corporate control, mergers and acquisitions, fiduciary duties, contractual disputes, and other commercial disputes.

In law school, Christine was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.  She was a member of the Murder Mystery Society and Columbia Law Revue.
