Cynthia Kaiser brings nearly 35 years of experience to helping clients achieve their business goals.
Cindy assists local, national, and international clients with a wide variety of transactions, including financings, asset sales and purchases, mergers and acquisitions, supply and distribution agreements, trust preferred securities, and structured finance and secured transactions. With this broad range of experience, Cindy offers clients practical advice informed by unique insight into all aspects of complex transactions.
Cindy worked on the subcommittee that reviewed Delaware’s Revised Article 9 prior to its adoption, and she helps draft amendments to the Delaware Uniform Commercial Code. Cindy’s deep knowledge and experience are reflected in her leadership in the Delaware bar and in the accolades she’s received from her peers, including as a Delaware Today “Top Vote Getter” in Contract Law and Commercial Law.

- Represented Nanticoke Memorial Hospital, Inc. in connection with the issuance of $45,645,000 Delaware Health Facilities Authority Revenue Bonds (Nanticoke Memorial Hospital Project)
- Represented Urban Brands, Inc. in connection with its sale of substantially all its assets comprising approximately 200 Ashley Stewart retail stores conducted under the supervision of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware in connection with Urban Brands’ chapter 11 proceedings
- Represents supplier to the pharmaceutical industry in connection with its supply and licensing agreements
- Provides opinions regarding special purpose entities formed by major United States real estate company for project financings
- Represented international specialty chemical company in its financing, facilities, and general operational matters following its spin-off and until acquisition by UK-based conglomerate
