Overview
David Queroli was a member of the Michigan Business & Entrepreneurial Law Review.
David focuses his practice on corporate restructuring, bankruptcy, bankruptcy litigation, and other insolvency matters. He routinely represents debtors, prepetition and DIP lenders, purchasers, and other parties in all aspects of chapter 11 cases. David also provides advice and legal opinions as a member of the firm’s non-consolidation opinion team.
In law school, David interned for the Honorable Kevin J. Carey of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
Prior to law school, David worked full-time in the consumer packaged goods industry as an analyst for one of the largest meat-processing and packaging companies in the United States.
