Overview
Drew Sloan’s practice involves advising clients on Delaware alternative entity matters with a particular focus on private equity funds and structured finance transactions.
Drew provides counsel and legal opinions in connection with a wide range of formation, operational, and governance matters involving Delaware limited partnerships and limited liability companies. His practice includes advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, conversions, and dissolutions, as well as investment fund, structured finance, joint venture, and financing transactions.
In law school, Drew was a summer law clerk for the Honorable William P. Mahon in the Chester County Court of Common Pleas, and a judicial extern for the Honorable Peter B. Scuderi, Magistrate of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
