Elizabeth Freud clerked for the Honorable James T Vaughn, Jr. in the Delaware Supreme Court.
Elizabeth focuses her practice on litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Supreme Court. In particular, she focuses on matters involving corporate governance, corporate control, fiduciary duties, mergers and acquisitions, and other contractual and commercial disputes.
During law school, Elizabeth was a lead articles editor for the William & Mary Law Review. She also was a member of the William & Mary Moot Court Team and was part of the winning team at the New York Bar regional tournament.
