Emily Mathews was a Wolcott Fellow for Chief Justice Collins Seitz of the Delaware Supreme Court.
Emily focuses her practice on corporate bankruptcy, bankruptcy litigation, corporate restructuring, and other insolvency matters.
She was valedictorian of the Widener University Delaware Law School class of 2021.
